  1. General Options
  2. Adding/Modifing Entrys
  3.  F1: Shows These Screens 
  4.  Press INSERT to enter a new
  5.  F2: Search By Keyword
  6.  frequency. To edit an existing
  7.  frequency, move the highlight 
  8.  F3: Print Full Listing  
  9.  bar to the desired entry, then
  10.  press ENTER. To Delete a
  11.  frequency, move the highlight 
  12.  bar to the desired entry, then
  13.  press DELETE.
  14. Press ESC to Exit Help
  15. Editor Keys
  16.   Left/Right Arrow
  17.      : Move cursor 1 character left/  
  18. right.
  19.   Ctrl-Left/Right Arrow
  20. : Move cursor whole words left/  
  21. right.
  22.   Esc
  23. : Back up a field.
  24.   Ctrl-Esc
  25. : Abort entire entry
  26.   Insert
  27. : Toggle insert mode off/on.
  28.   Delete
  29. : Erase characters to right of
  30. cursor.
  31.   Backspace
  32. : Erase characters to left of
  33. cursor.
  34. Press ESC to Exit Help
  35. Keyword Help
  36. F1 Shows this screen
  37. F3 Prints listing by Selected Keyword
  38.  To select a new keyword to search by, press ESC. To exit keyword
  39.  searching entirely, press ESC twice. Entries can be modifed
  40.  by moving the highight bar to the record that you wish to edit
  41.  and pressing return. New records can be entered by pressing insert.
  42.  Records can be deleted by moving the highlight bar to the record
  43.  you wish to delete, then pressing the delete key. Specific
  44.  frequencies may be located by typing the frequency number in the
  45.  locate frequency box on the top of the screen.
  46. Press ESC to Exit Help
